it’s basically a folder where all system configuration shortcuts are contained.
Yes, it even beats Control Panel, believe it or not. It’s a bit overwhelming to figure out.

Creat a new folder on your destop, give it d following name
GodMode.{ED7BA470-8E54-465E-825C-99712043E01C}
just copy the above name and pest it in that new folder
then you are good to go now
